The build revolves around a gen-III 5.0L Coyote that’s coupled with a 3.0L gen 5 Whipple supercharger (race port), and backed by a built 10R80 10-speed automatic transmission. Fueling this beast of a setup is a Fore triple pump, dual reg. fuel system/return style upgraded side, and a set of Injector Dynamics 1050X fuel injectors. The drivetrain was beefed up as well with the aforementioned built 10R80 with upgraded clutches (Midnight), followed by a Circle D converter, Daddy Dave’s Shop upgraded driveshaft, and a Yukon LSD. Other changes made include Kooks 1-7/8” FFE, MFP crank support, custom Whipple 10-rib upgrade (no belt slip), VAS Fab Performance suspension kit, double adjustable Viking coilovers/shocks, Forgestar D5 drag setup, and more. The result of all these upgrades is an amplified output of 1003whp/751wtq (on a 22” wheel) with a Lund Racing tune along with a ferociously quick 9.6-second 1/4-mile with a trap speed of 143mph, cutting a 1.53 60ft.
