Description

1100+whp 2008 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 1LZ in Velocity Yellow with 38,900 (Chassis) miles for sale! This race-ready C6Z was built for roll racing, armed with a solid setup that’s been well documented with numerous photos/thousands in receipts during the different stages of the build process. Power is generated from a TSP bored out/Darton sleeved 440ci that’s coupled with an A&A YSI supercharger system, and mated to a Tremec TR-6060 6-speed manual transmission with Monster SK-series triple disc clutch. Additional build highlights include a new return style fuel system (less than 600 miles), AUS 2200cc injectors, 2” American Racing headers/x-pipe, Alky Control methanol injection, WELD Racing drag pack, rear Viking triple adjustable coilovers, several aesthetic upgrades, and much more. The engine was initially assembled by Zimmerman Racing, however the new engine work was recently completed by Race Car Factory in Arizona 09/2024. The resulting build pumped out a healthy 1100whp/1000wtq (E85) on a hub dyno with a conservative tune from Justin at Racecar Factory, add more fuel, and this setup will see north of 1200whp. As for cons, the front lip has a small crack in the center from the owner’s driveway, the side skirt has 1” of damage on the driver side from the previous owner hitting it while trying to load it on a car lift. The driver rear wheel contacted the fender, causing a small crack to be visible on the outside about 1/2” long and small damage on the inside of the wheel well in the same area (this happened from a hard pull and the tire hit the fender - not super noticeable/no longer happens since adding coilovers/will send photos of all 3 if requested). All fluids were recently flushed (clean and clear)/replenished, including fresh trans fluid, diff fluid, power steering fluid, clutch fluid, coolant, and oil changed 500 miles ago. It’s been an Arizona car its entire life, and it shows incredibly well as the vibrant factory paint received a 2-stage paint correction and was topped with a PURE ceramic coating a year ago. A/C and heat both fully functional! Only 5K miles on the build! Dyno sheets in hand! Clean title!
