Although the car is currently running 28psi, the engine is capable of handling 36psi when turned up as it was built by Boosted Bimmers of Chicago with receipts for the work that was performed. Fitted with several quality components, such as Manley Turbo Tuff Tri-Beam rods, Manley Extreme Duty N54 pistons, ACL Race rod bearings, King calico coated main bearings, updated crank hub, ARP head studs, and a fresh head gasket. The turbo system features a Docrace single turbo kit that utilizes a 67mm Garrett GTW3884R turbo along with a VRSF 7.5” intercooler, and a VRSF charge pipe with a Turbosmart blow off valve. Additional build highlights include a Stage 3 LPFP, 750cc port injection aluminum manifold BMP, AIC controller, 3.5” VRSF exhaust with a Vibrant resonator, RTD chassis mounted shifter, BC Racing coilovers, and more.
