Description

810whp 1996 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra in Black with 34,400 (Chassis) miles for sale! The owner purchased this exceptionally clean SN95 Cobra in 2014 from PA at the Carlisle Ford Nationals with only 27K miles. Powered by a Gen 1 Aluminator engine that’s paired with a custom turbo kit (makes use of a 76mm Precision turbo), and mated to a 4R70W 4-speed automatic transmission that was built by Freddy Brown himself (one of, if not the best when it comes to these transmissions). It was built by Billet Pro Shop, and tuned by Sai Li at Li Tuning & Racing with an output of 810whp @ 19-20Ibs of boost on the current setting and pump E85 (that’s being conservative can still go up another 5-10Ibs of boost - capable of 1000+whp). As for track times, the car was ran at a lower setting (around 640whp), and it ran a 9.5 @ 142mph in the 1/4-mile. The owner did attempt to turn it up, however when he did, the car snapped the driveshaft (upgraded and replaced). The interior was given a 9.5/10 rating, the only reason the owner deducted the .5 is because the leather seats have some very minor wear and tear. The interior is stock with a few aftermarket components, the owner stopped there as he does not race the car often. The exterior was also given a 9.5/10 rating, as close to perfect as a 26 year old paint job can be, there are some very minor chips on front fenders. The front bumper had some rock chips, however the owner recently had that repaired and repainted. All original paint besides the hood and front bumper/spoiler, this Cobra has been meticulously cared for, it has never seen rain/snow, and it’s always garage kept. The owner owns an auto detailing business, the car has been pampered the whole time he has owned it. This Turbo Cobra needs nothing! You can get in it and drive it anywhere, it’s extremely reliable. Can be driven to car shows to win, followed by a trip to the track to lay down an 8-second pass, and then driven home (as long as you have easy access to E85). As for cons, if you were to race the car more seriously, you would need more cage/parachute/belts. The rear window tint is peeling and going to be hard to fit someone back there to replace it with the cage being in the way. The car also does not have A/C, the owner wouldn’t suggest driving it in 90* weather as you’re going to be HOT, but it will drive in that weather no worries. Only 1,500 miles on the build with receipts for the work performed! Clean title!
